If you like simplicity then this is the hotel for you, great and kind staff overall. Stayed here for 2 weeks, I believe Bio/Bewe, the cleaning lady who cleans the rooms and the guy who works in the evenings to direct taxi outside, need more salary increase. Also the girl with glasses. Gonna miss the staff, they helped me with everything I wanted and needed. When talking about improvements I think regarding the breakfast they can add more variety everyday any not the same breakfast every time. I don’t know if the juices are fresh squeezed but didn’t taste like it. Some of the restaurant menu items can be more improved like the hamburgers. Overall I enjoyed it. Thank you guys!????

A hotel with very good services. I've booked a Deluxe room with a Test u0026 Go package and everything went well, the COVID test result came after 6 hours. A bit expensive because of this, but it's understandable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfy bed, but the bathroom needs some improvements. During each shower the water was overflowing into the bathroom. One really annoying thing was that my room didn't have any wall outlets near the mirror so I couldn't look into it when I dried my hair. The location is quite good, close to Terminat 21 shopping center, but it takes about 15 minutes to the Sukhumvit metro station. The breakfast was good and cheap. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Hotel is urban built. Rooftop Pool and gymnasium is very nice. Rooms are good too. For service I can't say much as didn't order much.
But the place is surrounded by good bars and nightclubs. 3 Indian restaurants are also nearby.

This is the first hotel in my 30 years of Thailand experience, that doesn't keep English breakfast tea with the milk powder in the room. When we get up in morning we need our tea. It's sad....the bed too was little smaller for a couple. Otherwise great location with good breakfast. But they definitely need to look into the tea bags. Morning tea is important.

Booked this last minute and it was great. Clean and spacious room for a great price. Good location only a short walk to the sky train. Staff were friendly and felt safe as a solo travel. Would stay here again.

Hotel room was clean and comfy, but we had really loud and noisy neighbours (we booked a Deluxe room, and it was doubled, so we heard every single word said by our neighbours as we had the same door with them). I had to come down to the reception at 1am and ask stuff to calm them down a bit. Hotel definitely needs to do something with noise insulation in their rooms to correspond to the 4 star rating.

Lovely hotel. The beds where the most comfortable of anywhere we've started in Thailand. We stayed 1 week and our room included breakfast. They have a breakfast menu to choose from about 5 different meals. All options are worth it and tasty. Staff her is excellent and helpful. I would recommend this place and stay again if I needed to be near the Canadian embassy. Many other food options within walking distance. BTS is minutes away. We didn't need it but I think it was Nana Station.
