Not too sure why some reviews are harsh but friend brought me here to have a taste of Singapore and Malaysian food. To me, taste is subjective, comparing authenticity is endless argument. Important is, food must taste great. Babathai’s brand of foods is tasty, good portion, and fragrant with a little Thai touch added to the experience. Glad I came and I love the foods and dessert (Gula Melaka style), Nasi Lemak is awesome the rice is well cooked with coconut fragrance, chili, otah and peanuts are delicious . The curry chicken rice is good too, portion is large and curry has a lot of texture, chicken is slightly dry but made good by the curry source , and lots of it! Only thing js they don’t have the kopi found in Malaysia and Singapore, only the americano and latte type of coffee

Was very surprised to find that there's no dine in at this restaurant. We ordered our food via the big TV machine by the door and ate outside by the benches. I grew up with this food, and this definitely made me happy. Highly recommend the Nasi Lemak and roti kosong.

Good taste just like having it in Malaysia. Rice smell very good. Crispy little fish is very nice. Combination is great. Staff is also nice. Will go back again for sure.

A wide selection of Malaysian food that feels authentic. Really enjoyed the end-to-end tablet system that this restaurant has -- one of the earliest in Thailand to have menu selection, order placement, and payment done all via the tablet.

Ordered the chicken curry and roti and flat noodles with shrimp and Chinese sausage. The curry had great flavor but the chicken was a little bit dry. The noodles are good too, I wish they gave more than 2 pieces of shrimp. Overall it was a pretty decent meal, though a little bit on the expensive side.

This is their new location after moving from Sukhumvit 39.
Pleasant looking interiors. The tahu goreng is good. Hokkien prawn mee is ok. Many Singapore food served here. Mee goreng not quite like home style. Parking is available but busy during dining hours.

After being grounded in Bangkok for 6 months, the lunch today really made me misses the frequent regular trips back home to hug my wife and kids. Really great food, great presentation, great service. A big thank you to the Singaporean chef for whipping up such delicious food. Aside from the prepacked fishball, all freshly made food ranging from the mee boh to the nasi lemak chilli paste with perfectly prepared rice, the roti prata and chicken curry are amongst the great, tasty hot dishes I have tasted today, topped by the marvellously prepared chendol. I am already planning to be back there for lunch tomorrow tasting other dishes. ????????????????????
