The room wasn't at all what it looked like on the pictures. We are sure that the picture we looked at was supposed to be our room, because the caption changed with every picture and the one of the premium 4-person room showed a totally different room.
The room was incredibly small, we couldn't even all stand up while opening the door. The AC smelled like something died in there. The bathroom door didn't fully close and both the bathroom and showers were incredibly dirty.
How you guys get such good reviews goes over our heads. Premium room is such a lie for what we got. We are currently staying at a place that is cheaper, we have space, our own bathroom, there's a pool here, to sum it up everything here is better and we pay less.
Very unsatisfied would be our final review.
They also asked us to only write a review if we are satisfied and tell the manager if we weren't. We wanted to do both because we picked this place based on the review and were incredibly disappointed. We also wrote to them in the hopes it improves when someone else chooses to stay there.
