Very cheap price, curry noodle is just 50 bahts. A little bit oily, but tastes good. Enough lunch.

Delicious and affordable! Good portions too! The lady who cooked our foods was very nice and helpful. The drinks are also affordable!

Edit (changed from 5 stars to 4): Ate here for a second time and the food wasn't as good as the first time. We ordered the green curry and when it came it was super bland. When we asked why the curry wasn't spicy the owner said she doesn't make it spicy because Europeans get stomach problems from spicy food. It's strange that a restaurant will assume everyone wants the food a certain way and just cook it with no regard to the patron. Even on the menu it says spicy. She cooked it again with more spice but she cooked it with the rice making it green curry fried rice. It was just not good at all. She was nice enough to remake it again but when we were paying she charged us for the dish we didn't eat... We mentioned that and she said this time she won't charge us but next time let her know we want it spicy. Even the pad Thai was pretty bland, and she mentioned she also doesn't make the pad Thai spicy..
When a restaurant starts to cater to tourists and doesn't stick to their cultural roots, that's a problem. I didn't come to Bangkok to eat food that's catered to a certain palate.

Good thai food. They have beer as well. Also coconut ice cream etc. Prices are very nominal. And huge portions, was difficult for me to finish. The lady was so polite, and cheerful. Seating area is outside. And it's open till late night. It's 15 minutes walking from khaosan road. There are a lot of hostels nearby like mint hostel, everyday hostel etc.

Had the noodle soup as a very hungover breakfast and my word did it deliver. Top notch. Woman in charge is an absolute hero also.
