That’s practical my home in Thailand :) I have come to the same place every year since it has opened and I couldn’t find any better. The rooms are clean and cosy comfy and with balcony which is perfect to sit outside or dry cloth. I used to really live in my room and rented it long term. I love the area. Very much Thai but also quiet and green. Park and River (Chao phraya) are within few minutes walk. Bonita house is located in the old town and artist area. Pretty much close to everything what is beautiful. I highly recommend. Friendly staff...nice Owner...very good price. u003c3

I've been here many times and unfortunately it's getting down year by year. I mean, rooms with AC are ok, but the others not so much: small, no accessories at all. Prices are growing up a little bit, but I'd say that is common. The thing I dislike the most are the workers at the reception. They made the hall as their home. Food every time and everywhere, noises despite rooms with sleeping guests at the ground floor, children, music by their smartphones, objects spread every where and, most of everything, their are not nice at all. You can hardly have a smile by them and please don't ask them anything more because they are ready to show you how much you're bothering them with your stupid requests. I would like more professional workers here because neither the prices, nor anything else is better than other guest houses nearby and it's easy to take another choice.

The price was good. 1 night free if you take 3 night. However matress very hard and ac very noisy just near your head. Moreover we told the receptionist that we would like To go To don mueng airport but the van took us to the other airport and then he dropped us at the wrong airport and then didnt want to take us to our airport and didnt refund us as Well.so we had to pay for another taxi.

Broken toilet flush button.No toilet papper or wash soup. For a double bed room for 500 bhat was not worth the prize. But the hotell staff is nice and cheap bevarage in the lobby. And a nice place (samsen)

Nice clean guest house near samsen, rooms with balcony and basic furniture in a really quiet area...prices from 400 for single every 3 nights 1 is free... Very good place
