Hotel is overall good, but the female front staff with short hair got no service mind at all, she talked harshly as if she’s the owner and I should be grateful that she let me have a room in good price while she could make more profit with higher price. I didn’t receive any discount tho. What a joke. I bet if you stay here and got any problems, you wouldn’t receive any kind support. To let such a person to be in charge, the manager and owner are so reckless.

I'm several years late with my review as I visited Thailand back in June 2018. But I have zero complaints about this place. The breakfast spot just outside the entrance to this hotel is great as well. Would definitely recommend staying at Tara Place

As written by many - very nice hotel, well kept, clean and very helpful staff. Good value for the money.

The hotel is in a great location.
Check in and out was very efficient. The lobby has free snacks and drinks.
The hotel has free wifi and tuk tuk service.
The room was spacious, silent, with a confortable bed, minibar, aircon...
Room and common areas were vey clean.
If you are looking for a budget place, this is a very good option.
Taking into consideration that is a two stars class hotel, this is good value for money.

Stayed here 4 years back.
Good location and service. Room is compact yet clean. Has all essential amenities. Decent wifi.
Free snacks at reception. Free tuktuk service at fixed time.

Stayed for 6 days.

A lovely hotel just off Samsen Road. We arrived in a taxi and the valet, or porter, took our bags. Check in was quite easy and the concierge was very helpful when trying to get a taxi or any information on local attractions. The room was lovely and packed with amenities: air conditioning, free water bottles daily, a cable TV, and a water heater for the bathroom. Oh, and a safe too. The bed was large and very firm, and the pillows were cool and soft. They also gave us fresh towels daily.

The only issue I had with the place was that the walls were a bit thin. You could really hear everything going on in the hall. However, this should not deter you from staying at this wonderful hotel.
