Really nice little spot tucked away from the bustle, but still close enough to get around. Small rooms, but nice. They had nice breakfasts. The hosts were nice too. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hosts are really nice and their 3 dogs are sooo cute and so friendly.
I really recommand this guest house, I spend 13 night there with my girlfriend, and we are really happy, the only things is, the temperature of the water for the shower, is really hard to setup correctly, but it's nothings, most of the time cold water is enough.

it looks a little run down, but it is clean, they gave us towels and water on arrival, owners are nice, there is AC and the price is amazing , it probably deserves 5 stars but breakfast was minimal with ness coffee and tee. if I ever come back here i wouldn't bother looking for another place.

Lovely little family run guesthouse which recently added dorm rooms. Service level + good location - quiet, set back a mere 30m from the main road, and ten minutes walk from khao san road - makes it excellent value for money.

A cheap guest house, but still possible to stay without complications.
Room was very small and private bathroom was extremely small. In any case room was clean and there was everything what we needed: bed, aircon, toilet (without flushing system)

Not good. I would take my money and go somewhere else, it wasn't worth it. The staff was not helpful at all, the beds are hard, and the 'pillows' are made from old linen. The showers were the only nice thing about this place. I highly recommend somewhere else.
