Mayfair, Bangkok - Marriott Executive Apartments

For the first time I see the hotel where everything is very well managed from the front desk, through breakfast staff to the room service. Perfect communication between departments! If you raise a problem to housekeeping, the reception already knows about it????
Pros:
spacious rooms
washing machine with dryer
kitchen
good breakfast
perfect staff(!) special thanks to Pao
drip coffee maker in the room
attention to requests, everybody is really helpful and friendly.
Cons:
old furniture
cockroaches in the room (appeared after 3 weeks of staying, so we had to leave)
windows can’t be opened
not enough light in the room.

It’s so wrong on so many levels when the staffs gives you the nice upgrade and then later takes it away even before you can check in and downgrade you. They then tell you that they have reserved the room which they’re supposed to give you for their favourite and prioritised guests. Then it dawned upon me that I am NOT their priority favourite guest! They literally took back my room upgrade and gave me a lower one. What a bummer! I have two words for them:
Contumelious and Disingenuous.

Very good apartment for family with Marriott standard. ❤️ Near by the park and malls.
The rooms are large and breakfast was very very good i would love to stay this hotel again.

The hotel offers excellent service and is located in a very convenient location. Great staff and makes you feel very welcome.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very pleasant. Nice on site cafe also....

Luxury condo that is loosely tied to the Marriott group. Location is not far from 2 BTS and 1 MRT stations though not exactly nearby.

The stay was amazing from start to finish.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front office staff who went out of their way to meet needs.

I would recommend the apartments to anyone that wishes to stay in the heart of Bangkok and experience a very high standard of living.
