I hate writing negative reviews but this time I feeI I have to.

This is not a 5 star hotel nor is it a 5 star upscale serviced apartment.

The room comes with no dining table/dining chairs, no washer/dryer or dishwasher - just two cooking hobs, a few bowls and a microwave.

When we asked about clothes washing we were referred to a small coin operated communal laundry on the second floor.

The room and building condition is tatty and old, although to be fair everything is reasonably clean.

I also want to mention that all staff were excellent - courteous and polite at all times. My review is in no way a reflection on their efforts.

There is simply no way I can recommend this at the price. The hotel is advertising and charging as 5 star serviced apartment (or is it hotel!?) when it clearly isn’t anything close.

If you are looking for a serviced apartment in this area and price point, Grande Centre Point has serviced apartments that are better suited to young families. Or if you are looking for a genuine 5 star hotel, there are lots to choose from in the area.

The customer service at this property is excellent. I changed my review from 2 to 4 stars to reflect how gracefully the management team handled my dissatisfaction.

***CAUTION: This is not a hotel***
It is advertised as a 5-star hotel but it is a condo building and feels like an Airbnb. Rooms are old and a bit shabby (but clean). Amenities sparse and no hotel vibe at all. Hallway to rooms is open to the air and elements, no proper lobby, no room service... If it was advertised as a 3 Star efficiency apartment, that would be fine, but a 5-Star hotel? This is ridiculous.

Location is ok, a short walk from BTS, but down a small quiet alley. Not exactly prime.

The suite at The Dusit is exactly what we needed as we spent our first few days in Bangkok. It is walking distance to Lumphini Park, the above ground subway, and a series of malls.
(At the moment, in order to get into Thailand, we need to go through the "test and go" procedures and The Dusit Suites is one of the hotels that have such a service. We were met, at the airport, by a driver for the hotel who took us to the hospital for a "drive-by"
PCR test. He then dropped us off at the hotel where we quarantine (for less than 5 hours) in our rooms, and then got the green light to go. Room service was included in the package price and it was well worth it to us.)
The place is perfect for what we needed, the location is amazing, and the staff are ultra attentive. What else could we ask for❓

The hotel not 5star idont know who decid to give the stars anyway the owner maby cheating about this hotel or maby he never see how is 5star hotel in he's life ...no room service after 10.. no service at the swimming pool and old glass for drink ..no light at main gate after 10 maintenance sooooo bad in room..maxmam I give it 2star hotel no more...only the good thing is location and the employees they are so friendly and try helping as much they can...
