I’m giving 3 stars as this is advertised as a 5star property / when it is a 3 at best.
All things aside good location , nice staff who were very prompt. I felt it was Very over priced hotel though, considering a thought I had booked a 5stat property.
The staff were great and front desk had good English

Everything about this place was good.
The rooms were cleans and nice. The bathroom was big and always had hot water available for shower.

The wifi speed is not good at all and as we stayed on the 31st floor we didn't have good mobile internet too.

The room had an amazing view of the city both at day and night.

The room service was good as they cleaned the room and put new towels daily.

There has everything a fridge, microwave, induction, few plates and dishes to use.
A TV, a sofa and a small dining table.

There was even a pool at the 34th floor with was really good.

Very nice hotel, with comfortable, very spacious, and clean rooms.
The view from the room is stunning.
This is perfect for families
Very chill pool with amazing view.
Friendly staff.
Good location in Bangkok, in a very quiet area.

Good for a trip with friends as there was space for us to chill and interact. Kitchenette was well-equipped and fridge was huge. We complained about the toilet flush and uncleared dish found in the fridge but service recovery was quick. Gym was not manned and aircon wasn't turned on but well-equipped enough. Rooftop pool was quiet and provided a lovely view. Hotel comes with both laundry service and self-service laundry. For location, this is in a quiet neighbourhood but there are convenience stores, massage parlor and restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay during short trip in Bangkok early June 2022. First of all, we were worried regarding our choice of hotel, as the reviews were just okay in google and even bad for some cases. Our room is a one bedroom apartment.

Location: Great location and nearby necessary stops such as BTS station Chit Lom (600 m), ATM machine (in front of the hotel), a convenient store (180 m) and starbucks (200 m). A mall nearby with plenty chain restaurants is also nearby.

Room: our room was 1807 a nice room with city view. This room is like an one bed apartment. There are a microwave, a electric stove, a refrigerator, a pan to fry (included cooking utilities), necessity clean stuffs and ironing board. The furnitures are old but still nice and clean. Regarding the water, we need to wait around 3 minutes until the hot water come. The central AC took time to cool the room (you need to turn to 22°C at night, otherwise too cold). The electricity plug is universal (both Thai, EU or British model). It is clearly written what the customers do or don’t during stay; plus information regarding the damaged cost. Thus, be aware of this.

Always inform check-in officer when you are out and want your room to be cleaned. Otherwise, the room service will forget it.

Hotel facilities: we tried the swimming pool and the gym. The rating for both facilities is 4.5 out of 5, which is nearly perfect. The swim towel should be asked or requested at check-in counter. Of course a bit old for the gym equipments. But it is still quite okay and fine to use.

Hotel staffs: friendly, nice and helpful. Do not forget to take a picture of your deposit (THB 1000) during your check-in. Because they do not give you the copy. They told us, the deposit which was paid with credit card will be returned after 2 weeks check-out.

Hotel price: the quality meets its price. We paid around EUR 118 for 3 nights for 2 persons and not included breakfast.

Check-out process: a bit waiting, as the room service will confirm everything okay with the room and no damage and the check-in officer will release your deposit (again confirm okay in 2 weeks)

Was here in Room No. 1401 for a week in August, used to stay in this apartment pre covid-19 during my visits to Bangkok every year multiple times.

The room which we stayed was a 2 Bedroom Apartment but it was in bad shape as it was haunted and there was a Black Shadow Spirit in the unit at the masterbed room and toilet area.

Everytime whenever we showered the whole unit will trip and no electricity and also our main door would open by itself even after checking on it multiple times. We were staying here for a week and it happened 3 times during our stay! Creepy as hell.

Having said that, rooms were clean everyday and it was clean but spooky in the inside... Services of staff was as good as before, friendly and helpful.
The night-shift security officer was really courteous and salutes to us whenever we get back to the apartment ????

We did inform the Recep during our check out about that particular unit which was spooky and haunted, hope they do something about it.

We are staying 9 nights here. There are two sides, Tower A (there is an ATM machine at lift lobby) and Tower B. Everything is perfect, the studio with balcony is of good size for two people. The fridge is quite big and the microwave oven has been most helpful. There is no washing machine (but there is a laundry drying rack in the balcony). The hot water shower comes on very slowly, so there will be water wastage. Location is on the quieter part of Chidlom with two small malls and supermarkets within walking distance. Overall, we're very happy with Urbana Langsuan, highly recommend it and will return again.
