Decent rooms, the facilities were great, breakfast good and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would say rooms could have been cleaner. Also, because the hotel is located in a v central area we always had delays ordering cabs as drivers would say there was a lot of traffic in the area.

It was overall a comfortable hotel, nice lobby, but the corridor and rooms seems abit old. The room floors could be cleaner, shower curtain had a smell and was dirty and old. Bathtub could be cleaner as well… Table had a chip, sofa smells abit damp, aircon wasn’t working at it’s best. Overall a comfortable hotel but the amenities and cleanliness could definitely be improved. Staff was very polite and helpful, loved the service!

We stayed here some 5 years ago. Rooms were big, extremely clean, complete with kitchen, washing machine, kitchen ware, big beds, walk in closet, flat screen tv plus sumptuous breakfast. Very near the metro rail. A tuktuk is on standby to bring guests to the nearest metro station. Quite convenient.

Stayed for 6 days. Overall, it was very nice - breakfast was good, pool was good albeit small, staff was friendly, room with full kitchen was comfortable although a liitle bit worn out. Only thing for me was behind the TV. It needs some serious cleaning. You won't see it if you don't check it.

I am very impressed by this hotel. It looks smart from the lobby area through to the rooms. The room was a double room which is more like a studio apartment with its sofa, walk in wardrobe, kitchenette complete with stove, pots and pan and microwave, washing machine, desk, TV. The bathroom is very modern with smart loo fitted with control panel for the wash, seat warmer and perhaps light. Feels a little futuristic, but maybe not at this part of the world. Nice bathtub and fluffy towels. The cleanliness was carried through to the room. We had a small balcony looking over the city.

The lobby is welcoming, well kept and well lit. There is a coffee station by the reception area as compliment for guests available until 7pm, very civilised. Also complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to take you to the nearest BTS stations (Chit Lom is about 700m). Location is good, we chose it due to its proximity to Bar.Yard rooftop restaurant. It is also within walking distance to Lumphini park. There are plenty of fancy restaurants nearby too, offering different types of cuisines (we did not check the prices).

Breakfast was plentiful, lots of options, cereals, porridge, curries, buns, continental, noodles, cold drinks, hot drinks, local seasonal fruit

We were lucky to have Grab app installed that we could get a taxi by the meter as all taxis parked outside the hotel charge by fixed price and they are too much. Perhaps hotel can help with arranging metered taxis for guests.

All the electrical furniture is old, the washer and dryer is broken, I dried it overnight, but it's the same as when I washed it, it's very hot and wet, and I can't even fly properly. And the phone in the room is not working properly, and I can't find the phone number of the reception. bad experience. sorry for my good clothes…washed overnight.

Affordable and spacious rooms filled with amenities such as full working kitchen, a full sized fridge and even a washing machine cum dryer. Facilities such as salt water swimming pool, gym, kids play area, credits for vending machine, ice and even tuktuk service to nearby BTS. Highly recommended for families with children.
