Very kind and friendly staff both at the reception and the little shop inside the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with a sea view. The bathroom does get a little wet but that wasn’t a big deal. Pool is very nice with three different depths and sun beds and the hotel provides free pool/beach towels daily. The hotel is kept very clean and there is a food hall just outside which serves a variety of foods, fruits and drinks. The hotel is in a great location just outside of the main town so you cant hear the noise of music or people but everything is also well within walking distance - it takes about 5 minutes to get into the main area and the beach is only a few minutes from the hotel entrance. The rooms have posters warning of monkeys opening balcony doors- don’t ignore these! Lock the balcony doors! Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend

Rooms were clean and comfy enough. We were in C 302 3rd floor so it was pretty much in the corner area. It was pretty quite. Service was excellent with friendly and helpful staffs. Location is a bit far from the harbour but accesable so no problem for us (2 adults with 3 young children). But there were no lifts.

Really helpful u0026 kind staff!
I thought the double room w.sea view was great for the price (it's not really "a view of the sea" but you can see a part of the ocean from the room.

Would recommend to anyone who wants a "nice hotel" without too many frills -- the pool and the location make it worth the price!

Way too expensive for what you get. It must have been a nice hotel some 20 years ago, but now it's just an old-fashioned place requiring updating and deep cleaning. The room we got on the ground floor had a terrible smell of humidity, and it was not pleasant in any way. Many insects, dead and alive, and also a nice cockroach. The breakfast was also poor and the hall very ugly. Instant coffee powder, plastic plates and chairs... You don't know if you are in a school eatery or in a hotel. The only good thing was the pool area which was actually nice.

Good Phi Phi standard Hotel, friendly u0026 helpful staff.
The bungalow is nice! They clean every day.
Breakfast is enough to start in the day.
The location from the hotel is quite good if you plan to go on a boat trip. Close to both beaches.

The rooms are a good size and the air conditioning is working great. The bathrooms aren't as good though and especially the shower is pretty bad as almost no water comes out of it.

At night it can be a little loud because of other guests.

Great resort to stay here, near to dalum beach, pool is good, near by restaurants, bed is ok not so soft, will stay here again...over all it is really nice resort to stay here
