My first time, wgat orsome service, Lovvvely staff in each departnent from beginning to end of my stay which was a week, 7days..clean throughout,, great food, massage were professionally done,,i cannot recommend this fabulousness resort enough.. I am goingvto make this my hotel whenever i get back here.. Only pandemic mezzed up for 2 years now.. But i am planning to go back every year i can and stay for longer.. The whole island and the excursions i went on everyday were pleasant, exviting, rewarding, new azwell az the peoples smiles kindness joy they shared to make my whole stay a joy every day.. THANKYOU TO YOU ALL CABANA, PHIPHI ISLANDERS. YOU ARE THE BEST????????????????️????. NEIL FROM NEW ZEALAND.

Really great resort! Well worth the stay and worth the price which is not that much. The staff are friendly and the facilities and rooms are well kept. The pool and views of the bay are amazing! The hotel is easy to get to from the main pier so you wont have to cart your bags too far. Access to the beach and activities is easy.

Not a 3-Star hotel. Only looks good in pictures. The external part of the hotel is connected to the beach, which is a plus, but the Air Conditioning DOES NOT WORK! We had three rooms, changed three times due to the AC not working. Checked out after the first night as they couldn't fix it (initial booking for 3 nights). The rooms are below average and are old fashioned. The staff can't speak English so that makes it even more difficult. A few of them are even rude (for which we complained to the manager). Good place to stay in winters, WORST to stay between February till October. Get a better hotel nearby at the same rates, save yourself the heat stroke experience.

The beach was ok, but the our room was terrible, especially the toilet. The shower door was stuck, and the tap and shower water tasted really salty. There were also A LOT of mosquitoes. Unless you are a VERY deep sleeper, never stay here, for from Nine o'clock till three AM, Music from the beach clubs shake the whole room. The balcony was dirty, and the toilet was very moldy to. The massage wasn't really nice, and the staff were not at all friendly. The restaurant gave us expired fish. We asked them to cancel the dish from our receipt, and they said they would, but they didn't. I do NOT recommend this resort.

The hotel is not the best but it is okay. For the price they charge it's exactly what you get. Like others have said it does need some updating. The beds need new mattresses, because the old spring ones are not that easy to sleep on. The bathrooms need to be updated and fixed.

The rooms have nice views, and the pool is right in front of the beach. The breakfast at this hotel is something you need to avoid. I have found staff using their bare hands to move food around.

Overall this hotel is better than any guesthouse or hostel on the island. It's close enough to the main town about a 5 min walk yet far enough to be calm at night.

Perfect location. Loved sitting under the palm trees by the pool and looking out to the gorgeous turquoise ocean! Rooms were slightly dated but clean. Quick walk to everything! Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. Don't expect partying or large crowds here. It was rather quiet and peaceful!

Room was nice, had balcony view of the beach. Breakfast was good, the pool has an amazing view. Bed is very hard and the hotel is close to town which is nice during the day, however, the bass from the bars can be heard at all hours throughout the night.
