My family enjoyed our stay in this hotel near the pier. It was very conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The staff were all very nice and responsive to our needs. Our room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. There were a variety of food options on the buffet. We would definitely stay again.

I was expecting less because I thought the pictures were not great. But I was happily surprised. The hotel is extremely clean, friendly and nice. Has great views. Choose the pool view room you will have a private access to the pool!

We stayed one night here. Room is good and basic but clean. Great location near to pier and beach. Staff is very friendly. Bathroom facilities are okay. Most suitable for groups. Worth for money. there are lot of shops near to hotel. But the hotel is little bit old. But quite good and enough space in room.

Really simple accommodation, do not expect so much. Excelent location, just in front of the Ton Sai pier, restaurants and shopping but far enough from bars with loud music, so you can sleep easily. Internet was good in both rooms I stayed. I asked to change from room 11 to 9 which was much better, spacious. They change towels every day, they change sheets every second day. There is no elevator.

The best this hotel has to offer is the location. We were treated well by all employees. We upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. The front desk helped us out numerous times. The housekeepers did an excellent job. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend for the price.

The booking said breakfast was included. When we woke up that morning turns out there is no breakfast. We ask the staff and nobody spoke English to give us an alternative they just pointed out to the street) (in the midle of the most touristic place in Thailand I think minimum level of English is a must). To sum up, we didn’t like the way staff handled that situation. Apart from this location is good and the rooms are ok (nothing fancy but ok)

Evrrything is perfect with us. Room is very clean, they change bed sheets and clean the room everyday as per our request. Also they give us free water bottle and change towel , on a daily basis too. Romm is new, basic furniture, with a locker for your precious belongings. Could not expect for more. Worth the price!
