Good location hotel. Just across the 7-11 and and the main pier/ferry. Staffs were professional and friendly. Swimming pool was big small than I expected but it was still ok for the price.

Got nice view from the room on 5th floor we could see the ocean ????

Good location for a basic hotel but internet/wifi does not work at all. No elevator, so take that into account if you ask for a high floor to get a view.

Edit: it’s been a month and have not received my Agoda cash back rewards. App says it is still awaiting the hotel’s confirmation I stayed there

Basic room with aircon and hot shower. Can’t fault for the price. Staff were efficient and friendly. They were great with our kids. We came to dive and Phiphi Hotel was in a perfect location, close to pier and dive shops. They offer use of fitness/steam at the fancier Banyan Tree Hotel. We ran out of time but thought that was a nice extra. We didn’t have the breakfast as left early to dive. Loved the pool for kids to play in.

Pretty simple hotel with great views. You won't spend much time here but they have everything you need for a hotel. We had a deluxe superior room with a great view of the pier and sea. Everything including food and boat taxis to gorgeous beaches are walking distance (pretty much right downstairs). They have free breakfast buffet in the morning which isn't bad. Recommend!
