It was hard to decide between a 4 or 5 for this place. There's nothing wrong with this little hotel room. The bed was actually very comfy and so were the pillows. It was very clean. It is very close to the pier and a 7 eleven. Its perfect for 1 or 2 nights as a single person or couple just wanting to stay for a short while. This is not a place you would want to stay for long as it is very basic. The shower is not a real shower and it only has one temp, very hot. But if you are on a budget there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place for 1 or 2 nights. I personally didnt like the rooms decor. It was rather sad and a little depressing and dark. So that's my only complaint really.

This hotel quite good enough to stay, no spacious, but it has warm water. But the light of a room we stay was not really bright. But we comfortable enough to be there and the price is not too high compare to other hotel in this Phi Phi Island. We were so happy to know that the location of this hotel is so close to harbour.

Rooms are too pricy for the quality/ comfort offered. I guess you’re mostly paying for location which is great indeed: 2 mins walk to the main pier and all restaurants but far enough from all the party places to be able to get a decent night sleep. Very small, old rooms. Not the cleanest either. You have a small table but it’s mainly used to support a huge old school TV. Not much space left around it for your things. Dubious aircon. Cleaning ladies (?!) hanging around and having smelly breakfast/ lunch on the hallway. Super fast wifi. The biggest safety box I’ve seen in a hotel. :)

Very good location, close to everything. Close to party area but still quiet. Correct staff. Tidying up every day. Basic room without window. Tropical damp air inside.

Great location and spacious room but the bed was hard and gross. Bathroom got wet when you showered. The lady in the front is sweet and helps with tours and tickets.

The air-condition wasn't working for the first night but they were kind enough to transfer us to another room but it was still a hell ish experience. The price is not the cheapest relative to other places but it has good location.

Basic room overpriced but that are all the rooms on phi phi but for just a few nights it's fine close to the pier and quiet location at night
