Friendly and welcoming owners, but the room was not prepared. The soap bottle was empty and the shower would run very little water. I asked for an extra soap and the owner gave me a used soap. I recommend the guesthouse across from this one - looks much more presentable.

Excellent place, we loved it when we arrived, the owner is a very lovely and kind lady. The room was very big, super clean, got shower and the mattress was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The location is good, you have some restaurants close by. The center is 15 or 20 minutes walking. Or you can rent a scooter for 300 bath at the hotel and explore all the city. ( Any way you will need one of you are interested in the white Temple and other attractions because they are out of the city center. )

Great Apartment Building that does also daily rental. At 380 baht during the rainy season this is an awesome deal! The owner speaks great english too! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the room was not well lit (no natural light) and the wifi slow (but working perfectly).

Great helpful owner that speaks very good English. The rooms are cosy and clean. Super nice and quiet location with a craft beer garden nearby. Will come here again for sure!

Super friendly owners with fluent English!
Finally the bed is real double and actually a huge one. We slept like a babies
There are fridge, air conditioner, ventilator, tv in the room.
There is a construction going near by, but we started to hear it from the Monday morning only

Very hospitable owner, Jiab (the son) is such a nice person. Really offering extra mile for customer service. They let us check-in early and during the last night of stay he offered calling the taxi company to pick us up in the early morning since airport is quite far. Sure to recommend to our friends coming to Chiang Rai and even looking to stay here in our next visit.

Very friendly service, not a big fan of cinnamon dust on the coffee. Sure could ask for not adding, Love the bread they served .
