A simple motel at a great price. The guy the reception was very nice and explaining everything we could do around town, how we could get to the white temple at the best price and enjoy our stay the most.

The room is simple but nice. It included two packets of shampoo which were only enough for me as I have long hair, two soaps I believe and a shower cap. There was also free coffee and tea downstairs 24/7 which was also nice plus. The hotel is very near the center and not far from the bus station where you can take out the necessary buses to the temple do you want to see.

Basic hotel (no decorations, nothing fancy) but the owners are extremely helpful and provides you with a map and notes in English. Free instant coffee all day, as well as two bottles of water, air conditioning, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo.
Clean room, decent bathroom and there's a balcony in the room.
Just a warning that this isn't listed on Google Maps for some reason though so you should look up directions beforehand.
The street food vendors are there in the morning for the kids attending school. Highly recommend the chicken and pork on a stick (I think it was 5 baht or 10?)

I have known the Baan Silp Hotel for several years and come here regularly. It is clean, tidy, safe, cheap and the staff is very nice. The rooms are equipped with balcony, bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, cable TV, balcony and WIFI. Daily room service and change the towels. It is one of the houses with the best price-performance ratio. Hot water and free coffee are available at the reception. Even for sick residents there is free paracetamol. The untrue claims concerning cleanliness, friendliness, etc. are not understandable to me. Only: The hotel does not allow pets. If you don't like this, you should look for another place but don't spread untruths here.

Golden location , rooms are as basic as it gets (what did you expect champ?! Didn't want to pay Meridien prices did you...) . 5 stars for how clean this establishment is how quiet the room was and the couple who runs the place. You will fall in love with them. Oh 150bath massage infornt , brand new .

Horrible service. Worst hostel ever. It couldn't be worse than any other hostels. They are no safety. Staff took our towels when we were not in the room then the owner wanted to charge us for them. Lots of rules that you have to obey. It is very old apartment with very small bathroom. No elevator. I would not recommend this hostel.

Very nice and clean place with good location and the most helpful owner. Would stay again
