First upgraded which was nice but shower didn’t work so moved into even better room. Friendly staff and good laundary. Wish the pool was available or they served breakfast as not very close to anything in walking distance for food.

Staff was always good. Gave you fresh waters everyday.
Pool was so good after a day out and clean.
Breakfast wasn’t free but for the small cost and tasted good.
Downtown was a 10 minute walk. Laundry was about 5 minute walk.

The Only weird thing was the shower is right beside the toilet so it always made everything wet. Still not a big deal but that’s my only concern.

Really enjoyed my 6 night stay here. They bring water and towels to your room whenever you need. The AC works great! Love the armoire with the mirrors, helpful to have the storage space. There is a front and back balcony to enjoy either a scenic view and pool view. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

My only recommendation is that they add actual pool chairs around the pool. They have a few plastic chairs, but the deck is very hot and hard to lay on.

Transitional style Thai house with a beautiful quiet garden to relax in, swimming pool, restaurant that is lovely.
Lovely clean accommodation with the room cleaned everyday.
The staff are very helpful too.
Close enough to walk into the city with the night market a nice 15 stroll.
Lovely area with so much to see and do.

Lovely rooms and swimming pool here. 400 baht for a double bed fan room which are great and comfortable. Ben's guesthouse has a chilled out vibe and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. It's not as cheap as other guesthouses, but if you like to swim it's worth every penny. The location is good and every Sunday evening there is a walking market down the road which literally sells everything.

If the reception asks you to do upgrade for air conditioning it is not worth it cause at night gets really cold and we didn’t use it once. If you choose to eat there ask for receipts cause they might charge you again!!! The young guy in the reception doesn’t really know his job. Rooms are dark. Good laundry service
