The place felt deserted. Location is just OK: walkable to center/night market but it's a bit of trek. The hotel is close enough to town for a lovely walk but far enough away from the town to be very quiet. A good value for the money and a place to return.

The hotel offer great value for money. My boyfriend got sick and had to stay in the hospital and la vie en rose hotel took great care of us and made sure we were doing okey. The location is ideal for me. Limo-style tuk-tuk was fun and will transfer you to night market for 50 baht.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. The clock tower is about 10 minutes walk away and most places that we ate were in this area. Price is reasonable for stay by this standard. Of course, we will go back to this hotel again in our next Chiang Rai trip.

Very good value for money. The only problem we had was with the bathtub leaks. Needs a bit of maintenance. Breakfast is decent. Location is very good near the city center. I would stay here again based on value of what you pay mad what you get.

All the rooms face the street but the hotel is set back from the street and was actually quiet during the night. Th floor balconies have a good view of distant hills and a great big White Buddha. In the end we decided to take a tour offered by the hotel.

Good natural light and fresh air from the sliding glass doors which could open into a small balcony. Location is a little bit out of the way / yet close enough (which is why I picked it): relatively quiet. The location no where near anything and no tuk tuk in sight.

Great and reasonable price hotel.
The staffs are pretty nice and friendly.
Great breakfast and good facilities.
The location also in walking range from downtown.
Will visit again when we are there!!
