Location is perfect.
Bathroom (have you ever had a shower in a broom closet? )
Beds. The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.

Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend to others.

Last month we stayed for 2 nights in Blue Lagoon. Hotel is very close to Bus station and the Night Bazar. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is a bit small with toilet, shower and sink in the same room, after a shower everything is wet and a bit slippery. Be sure to lay down the mat. Staff is friendly at the front desk. Breakfast is extensive for the price and they have a good coffee machine. Suvanna (lady at breakfast) greets all the guests with a warm welcome, she makes sure everyone has a good stay. She gave us very good tips on what to visit in Chiang Rai and even arranged bus tickets for us for the next day while we enjoyed the excursion. Also she gave good tips on where to eat for dinner. (Toke-Tong). Be sure to talk to this friendly lady and your stay will be unforgettable.

Central Chiang Rai city hotel, walking distance from night bazar. The hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant for breakfast and good car park.
Staff is welcoming and helpful.
The room was nicely clean with all the amenties and finally a big bed.
The bathroom is small but with a nice hot shower.

Good location - not a great room. The shower is on top of the toilet - besides that.. not a bad spot.

Tripping hazzard everywhere, tiny bathroom, no shower curtain, no dresser provided, no writing desk and supplies. Bedroom accessories were good, breakfast and host were good.

This dirty and uncomfortable hotel with a dirty pool would get 1 star, if not for the amazingly kind and accommodating staff. Thank you for trying to make our stay better. (Don’t stay here!)

The pool and the outside area of the hotel are nicely renovated and the breakfast is fine. Only downsides are the noisy rooms with extreme creaky beds, weird blankets and if you shower the whole bathroom becomes wet and slippery.
