Excellent nice little quiet boutique hotel. I paid 450 baht a night and that is a steal. Also very friendly and nice staff. The only reason I took one star out is the street leading to the hotel which is not pleasant to walk by but that has nothing to do with the hotel management.

Okay stay. A bit noisy from very early morning (working in the garden I guess, at 6am), even though we were on last floor. Very basic breakfast but on the other hand, good price. Room was clean and beds alright.

Super nice place to stay in Chiang Rai.
The inside decoration was full of character, love the garden.
The room is also nice ????
I would just improve a bit the breakfast but overall a recommended place

Good: Beds are comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. Looks like it was renovated not too long ago. Good location (central but quiet). WiFi fast. AC cold and shower nice and hot. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The downside: The historical building has little noise insulation - it's a quiet street, so there's little noise from outside, but i could hear all the noises from the room next door (including doors shutting, his TV, and him blowing his nose). Luckily he went to bed soon after I did, so our schedules were closely enough aligned that we didn't bother each other, but if you have a neighbour who is noisy at unsociable hours, then you'll know it.

The more expensive rooms (doubles, i think) on the corners have private balconies with seating, and larger windows. The cheaper (twin) rooms are still perfectly fine, but i personally think the private seating area and bigger windows is worth upgrading for.

The hostel is very nice. The boss paid a lot of attention to its landscaping. So the house is well decorated and like a house in a wood. The boss and boss wife are very nice. They are customer caring and detailed minded. I would like to recommend this hostel to everyone who will come to Chiang rai.

The guesthouse has a really beautiful and peaceful garden. The staff is very kind and attentive. They are so helpful.

It is a very nice place with comfy beds, clean and spacious. The location is good , walking distance to the town and night bazaar for shopping , meals and massage. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to the owner and staff of the guesthouse. May you be blessed with good health, happiness and prosperity.
