Pretty good location close to the bus station. I only needed it for one night as I was on a bus the next morning the room was clean flat screen TV air condition refrigerator with a couple of bottles of water free older room but it's very hard to complain for $9.15 I recommend it for those that don't like dormitory rooms and need a private room but still want it travel on the cheap staff very friendly as well

Unfortunately our least favorite place we stayed during our 3 weeks of traveling around SEA. The bed was so hard I thought it was just a box spring with no mattress. Windows open up to a courtyard where everyone eats so it is very loud. Breakfast is buffet style and wasn't very impressive. We ate a banana and skipped the rest. there was a lot of bugs in the room. I think there are better options. For more of my travel I post on ig @travelelsewhere

I really liked this place. Free coffee and tea all day, as well as unlimited water topup for your bottle and bananas. Very friendly and helpful. Do not confuse with ''Ann Hostel'', which is 20m down the street and has the more cramped rooms without real daylight and with shared bathrooms (which are of course cheaper). Reception is at the hostel, so you can check in there. Room was given two bottles of water for the fridge daily, and the bed was made, with new towels. Quiet at night, too! And it has a reading lamp on the nighttable, and beds are comfy. @400ish THB per night, I thought that was great. If you want cheaper, take a look at the hostel.

Good location and staff are really. The rooms are quite big and cleaned everyday. Wifi is a little slow. Theres light breakfast of bread, sausages, banana, and got drink

Here such a lovely place, quite and new satellite for a journey or a tourist wants to touch real Chiangrai city. Looking here and you will not disappointed. Staff is very helpful

Good location near to bus station and the night Bazaar. Affordable stay with clean rooms and breakfast. Staff were helpful aswell. Good stay overall.

Huge room, great hotel.. Big TV has USB, beds good, wifi works, service is nice. Central location
