Rooms very nice and very clean. Big comfy bed. Perfect location close to the Bus terminal 1 but in very quiet area. But the main reason to stay there is to have their amazing breakfast. You have 3 sets to choose from and all are extremely delicious especially pan fried eggs ????

Excelent stay in Chiang Rai. The owner was super helpful and extremely nice, the room was at a high standard with fridge and AC and the breakfast absolutely delicious! Location is great, just 10 minutes walk to the main area and night Market. Totally recommend!

Host was sweet, let us stay even though our booking didn't go through, breakfast in site, beer and other beverages available.

The location is quiet but not far from the center. The bus station and the famous clock tower are in walking distance. The room was very clean. The staff people were very friendly.

The room was a bit humid and the bed was really really hard. The breakfast coffee was undrinkable. Even though the wifi signal was strong in our room it didn't work very well. It says in the description they accept credit cards, the do but they'll take you to the restaurant next door to pay.

I chose this place because of the picture of the restaurant / lobby area as it looked welcoming and a nice place to sit and chat to other guests. We weren't dissapointed although the highlight of our stay was the very friendly and helpful Nulek whose English was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Nice people who run the place. It is a little worn but comfortable.

Breakfast is adequate for a westerner but no fresh milk for tea or coffee.

I like coffee, toast and marmalade but made do with jam. They have condensed milk for the tea or coffee but it adds sweetness.

Will skip that tomorrow...

Bed is firm but good enough for me.

Oh and a few too many small ants and 2 large cockroaches.

A nice place with class. A little bit of the main drag (which is not necessarily a bad thing). A reasonable walk to the tourist area (which is frankly a bit monotonous), but then not a long walk to other parts of town - and not all that far from the bus station. The facilities are great and the staff very friendly. If you like Chiang Rai, you will like this place.
