It seems like it's the best pad thai I have ever had in Chiang Mai. It's small stand on the street but it's very clean and the owner prepare the ingredients neatly, and the way he cooked it made me feel his proficiency. Specially, the meat he used was prepared cleanly, and as he cooks in front of you, you can trust the food. He clean the wok every time, and I also checked that he prepared the noodles when he starts the business. He doesn't use left overs.
For the taste, I want to save my words since it's always better for you to just try once. I have been Thailand for 4 times and visited Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya. However, this Padthai was the one of the best experiences I had in Thai. I highly recommend it.
맛도 맛이지만, 무엇보다도 청결함에 감동 받은 집입니다. 주인 아저씨가 문을 열 때부터 가게를 찾았는데, 면도 당일 삶은 면을 사용하고, 고기나 채소가 모두 깨끗했으며, 음식을 보는 앞에서 하기에 청결을 어떻게 신경쓰는지 확인할 수 있었습니다. 노점 중에 이렇게 깔끔한 곳은 사실 보지 못한 것 같아요. 굉장히 추천합니다. 저녁에만 여는게 흠이긴 하지만, 여덟시 이후로 시간이 되시면 꼭 가서 먹어 보세요. 아주 좋습니다. 가격은 사십밧입니다.
