A older mall with so much potential. Some great shops, where you can find lots of bargains. The mall is usually quiet, but gets busier after 16:00. Some local foods stalls in the basement, a movie house on the 4th floor, offering the latest movies in English (at half the price compared to the other malls), and some interesting shops on the other levels. Massages from150 Baht, Dance Lessons, Music Stores, Electronics, Clothing, Shoes, and so much more. Enjoy some great bubble tea and shopping.

Nice mall to shop and browse around. Good prices, I can see why many Thai people come to this mall instead of the other more modern ones like Maya and Central. This place also has the cheapest movie theatre that I have seen as well. If you're on a budget, definitely come to this theatre. Grocery store is located here as well if you need to shop for food

Latest update, this shopping center will be closed end of june 2022. Everyone is here now buying up all the massive discount goods.

Coming from a big city of shopping mall, I am just tired of the new Maya, Festival and a few new malls which have lots of branded stuff I can buy else where.
This shopping is more for local, yet is my favourite haunt, the price of massages here is cheap! 150 baht for 1 hour inside air conditioned, two of these place charged 180 baht per hour though *basement and top floor). A simple 40 baht tip is enough for a good massage, less if you don't like it. Just beside the 2nd floor massage is a kids playground where you can leave your kids there to play while you enjoy your 2 - 3 hours of relaxation.
There are 3 main local food center at the ground/basement. One just at the TOPS supermarket (slightly more expensive), one where there is a live band performance in the evening (the pork noodle soup and fried egg is tasty) and the one cheapest is near the back of the shopping center where all the locals eat. 40 Baht for mango sticky rice!!
Then there's jefers cheap western food, swenson and pizza company had moved out though. It's not a hip place if you like newer shopping center, avoid at all cost. But if you are looking for cheap local stuff, here's the place. There's a place where everything goes for Baht 20 only!! Just beside the playground near the entrance from the carpark.
For those looking to spend their BITCOIN, walk to the orchid hotel next door and their spa accept bitcoin as payment. Smart move!!

This mall is surprisingly comfortable to shop for clothes, shoes, souvenirs and house hold items at an affordable price. While a little run down, the sales is great and they even have tourist card for more discount.

There's even music instruments shop and old vehicle shop. I would definitely visit again if I'm looking for clothes n shoes.

A bit run down but still a great place to shop and eat. Tops market is excellent especially the produce and salad bar. Many good restaurants. Huge place. Post office at the back. Cheaper prices than Maya mall. The new food court is very nice with all kinds of food to eat. The 20 baht store has closed, One person said they were remodeling and another said they moving? Too bad it was a great store to shop at. The Post Office in the back is a great place to send your mail.

It's arguably the oldest mall in chiangmai. And it pales in comparison to Maya Mall. But it has character. A bit like the grand old lady of Chiangmai. You can find banks, telcos, supermarket, sports store and a fitness gym here. Food court on B1 is huge. Every Thursday to Saturday, you can find a food fair outside by the main entrance. Just below Starbucks. Yes, there's a Starbucks. All I need is for Uniqlo to open a store here. Then my life is complete.????

Mall outside of town. Decent food selections compared to the shopping happening here. Below ground level is the food court with a Market place, and within it is a food court as well. Foodcourt -ception? Other than that, the mall is filled with locals and not filled with shops.

Primary goal here was to check out the massages for 150B/hr and seems to be the cheapest in town, other than the one at the park. The massages are located on the second floor behind Dairy Queen area. They are many to choose from. Try them all and see which one is the best for you.

Interesting mall to check out if you are in the area or just want a cheap massage with no fuss.
