The rooms were decent and interesting.. and that they had a main control box for the lights and electronics know your bedside.

This hotel is buried in a giant convention center in back of the shopping mall, and in between another hotel that's connected. You can get lost in the maze of corridors of the convention center and different levels. This place kind of reminds me of a horror movie with Jack Nicholson.

Anyway this place is quite reasonable and serves the purpose. it's access is in the rear of the shopping mall and the doors at the front that lead through the mall and a separate elevator close at about 10 PM.at such time you'll need to walk around through the rear entrance next to the other hotel. Yes it's a bit complicated to say the least.

The rooms are quite big in a bit dated but in decent shape. The showers are incredible as the water volume is immense and hot. Good luck finding any English TV stations; not programmed for foreigners.

I've been called the beds were not too hard and not too soft, in Thai standards. Most of the views from the windows are of an abandoned trashy lot, and other views looking over the city and the mountains. They have central air conditioning control at the door and at the bedside; the control box is the only place to actually shut off the fan that controls the unit.

Plenty of closet space and lighting. There is no toilet sprayer for your bum. Standard Western toilet. Also the room seemed fairly quiet and the walls are reasonably insulated.

I do not know how I managed to score 3 nights for only 380 baht per night, but I certainly will not complain. Very large room for the price.
That is really the only reason it gets 4 stars however.
It has an ancient tv and no instant coffee, tea, or water heater like all the other hotels I visited in Thailand.
I requested a large bed, and it had 2 twins.
No bugs or weird smells, nice and clean, but I developed some serious skin irritation (I believe from their sheets and blankets). The mattress is not comfortable, but i am used to 11 inches of memory foam. It very conveniently located, but if you do not know this mall complex it can be confusing to find your way.
It has 4 floors for parking and shopping
And 4 more for the hotel, but each is a separate 1-4 floors for some reason instead of 1-8.

Just the shower is complicated enough. I was excited with the services until the end. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. There are shops just outside the hotel. Free Wi-Fi in room. Strong and reliable wifi. Very nice and helpful.

Hotel itself is not the best. It's old and lobby is on the 4th floor, however, the hotel is situated above shopping center that has food court, market, clothing shops, theater, you name it, it's there. The convenience is the key to this place. If you are coming to Chiang Mai and not sure what to do and where to go first, go this place. There are 3 hotels attached to this shopping center. (Baandusit, Lotus, and can't remember.)
Room of the hotel is very old. Old carpet, furniture... but staff is very friendly and price is good.

old place.kinda funky.clean.good Wi-Fi and hotwater. small beds. take two sets of elevators to get to room. sorta sad lonely hotel on top of sad lonely mall. hard to find smoking area

Located in an old shopping mall. Old Lanna style hotel. well kept old furniture. Quite a distance to night bazzar n old city. Less than 15 mins walk to Maya shopping center. Not a bad choice if your expectation is not high.

Naa. Does not deserve even one. Regular hotel. Give 5 to the cleaning guys. There are better places for the price. Smells cigarettes everywhere the AC does not work properly, set 10degrees but we're hit as hell.
