Value for money hotel. Size of room is small, but the price per night is competitive. Daily house keeping. Hotel has 24 hr reception and security.

Good location. Staffs were friendly and room always clean with same standard. Tiny room, no sound proof. Other rooms can wake you up in the early morning. Bed was not comfortable. Hot shower was my favorite, high pressure. Should have more clothes hanger, and bar at balcony to dry underwear. Coffee was available at reception area, good enough.

Hop Inn is value for money and I must say that stay there was basic but pleasant. Room is clean, no frills basic necessities are provided. Hotel provides free decent coffee at lobby from 6 to 11am. Close to old town and walking distance to the Nin***, cool, hip and artistic vicinity. Ample parking space. I recommend this place for those who need basic accommodation.

I was hesitant to pay the 650 baht per night, but it was definitely worth it. My friend was staying here, so I just decided to stay here on a whim. The room is very clean and modern looking, not once did I cringe in regard to the cleanliness of the room or bathroom.

The bathroom looks great, and is also very clean. The shower has a ledge to prevent water from leaking all over the floor, unlike other hotel bathrooms in Chiang Mai.

The TV only has local content, so bring an adapter if you really want to watch your own stuff.

The air conditioning is brilliant and robust, so don't worry about feeling hot at night.

Security is also good as you need the key card to enter the premises, as well as your own room, obviously.

All in all, a terrific choice, albeit at a pretty hefty price. I don't think there was a pool nor a rooftop. There is parking available if you have a car.
