Really nice place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. The housekeeper is super friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Lots of shops and amenities nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I'm next in Chiang Mai.

This is a nice place. Close to the old city and two markets; beautiful and inexpensive albeit very nicely furnished; air con; cleaning lady available; plus the woman who runs it is wonderful.

This is my favorite place so far to stay in Chiang Mai.

I thoroughly enjoy staying at Laph Kham House. It is such good value, impeccably clean, and the lady who runs it is so helpful and kind. Situated in the most picturesque area of Chiang Mai, its so nice to walk around the area and get a feel for real Chiang Mai life, including a bustling nearby food market. It is also well situated near to old town, as well as the airport. Definitely recommend to stay here.

This is a quite excellent guest house in a quiet residential area in easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions and the old city. The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable and and the landlady is most welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting a quiet getaway in the heart of Chiang Mai. When ever I return to Chiang Mai I stay here and wouldn't want it otherwise.
Most definitely deserves 5 stars!!

A really good location for walking to the old city and it’s super safe! The landlady was really helpful and will assist you with whatever you need. Security is good and there is key cards for going in and out. Prime spot with a good price tbh! Loved staying here ????????

I have stayed here 2 years and I am very happy. The building is new, beautifully appointed and very clean. It is centrally located, close to the Old City, markets, restaurants, bars and shopping are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The landlady is very kind and attends to all residents needs. Most highly recommended. Dr. Taylor+

I stayed for almost three months and loved it. After looking at ten condos, I found Laphkham House. Traveling alone, safety and being close to Old Town was important to me. I was able to walk everywhere most of the time.Also, it was wonderful being around Thai people and food. it was spotless and spacious. The owner was always available when I needed her. As soon as the border opens I’ll be coming back for 4-5 months.i really got lucky in finding this home away from home.
