INCREDIBLE HOMESTAY!!!! The BEST value for money stay in my travels so far. The owners are so warm, accommodating and friendly - and they have the cutest doggos! The rooms are a sufficient size and kept clean. The breakfast is incredible, and largely homemade with love. The bread and the jams are homemade - some of the best bread I have had in my life! The food was so good, we even opted for dinner one night! Would highly recommend!!!! A hidden gem in Chiang Mai!

Third stay in this wonderful house. Super clean, very peaceful atmosphere, beautiful plants everywhere, luminous bathroom, exquisite meals prepared with love and care by Narumol, friendly staff. You really feel here at home.

Friendly Bu0026B with excellent breakfasts. Nicely situated in a quiet part of town in comfortable walking distance of the old town. German/Thai owners speaking good English with helpful local staff.

Stay here! Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Old City. Clean, warm and welcoming. The staff here are very genuine and you can tell they care about their guests. A perfect travelers' home away from home. You will get a home cooked meal, and help with scheduling excursions or itineraries...just ask and they will provide. I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future.

Great place to stay! Super friendly owners and staff. Very good food. Private rooms with full bathroom for very cheap. If we come back to Chiang Mai we will definitely stay here again.

A lovely mom and pop, owner run homestay that is located not far from the Chiang Mai gate, just outside of the old city. This place exudes TLC from plantings to rooms to caring attention. Such accommodating and endearing personalities are to be found here! i know Chiang Mai very well and have stayed in many places, until discovering the Baitong. There is no, 'close second'. I will, only stay here whenever I visit. If you wish to eat in their restaurant, wonderful things come out of their kitchen, too.

It's a lovely homestay in Chiang Mai. The owners are very kind, the breakfast is superb, and because the lot of plants and flowers just feel like you are in a small jungle:) A bit hard to find (even for the tuktuk drivers), but Chiang Mai center is just fifteen minutes walk. Recommend to stay here.
