Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and very friendly. They picked us up from the airport, helped us book some tours, had wonderful breakfast buffet each morning. The rooms are amazing and unique, with a/c, TV, a safe and kept clean by the staff each day. The location is great, on a quiet street just outside of the old city. I would highly recommend staying here.

Thannatee Boutique Hotel takes on a oriental theme with traditional and vintage elements. The rooms are well decorated and furnished with sufficient facilities and essentials. Breakfast was simple but tasty with good variety.
The staff at Thannatee were exemplary and rendered impeccable service to me for my 5 night stay. Mickey catered to whatever requests I needed and Mo gave me practical recommendations based on my preferences. Without any hesitation, I would recommend the stay at this local, quiet and cozy hotel! Thank you the great hospitality :)

Great boutique hotel off a side street to the main loop. Quirky and old fashioned decor that was quite authentic and added a great ambience to the place. Staff were great very friendly and happy to help if you had any questions. Rooms could do to be a little bigger (We had a standard room) it looks bigger in the pictures but it was comfortable and was what we needed. The shower was a bit tempremental with the water temperature but great when it was working well. Breakfast was average, a few good selections and get to choose what eggs you would like, but nothing to rave about. I just liked how welcomed we were made to feel and how quirky the little hotel was.

Came from Canada. First time in Thailand. Booked this place because it was a good deal online. Ended up being very pleased with our choice. Staff was super friendly! The pool isn't that deep but great for cooling off. The room was dope, way brighter than it looked in the picture. It's about five minutes walk to the moat. They have free parking. Nice koi pond with a waterfall. Breakfast is pretty good. Coffee is excellent.

Very nicely decorated small hotel. Really, beautifully done, from tile work to dark wood to decor. Rooms are on the smaller side, but sufficient for a shorter stay. Pool area was nice with the koi pond/stream. Breakfast was OK, less options than the other places we stayed. Location was excellent being a minute other two walk to the city square, keeping it quieter for those who want to avoid the noise from the backpacker crowd. Bed was very comfy! One knock, the door to our bathroom was difficult to close, and the window was open when we got there, with many mosquitos in the room

The hotel is truly lovely and the decor is quite impressive throughout.
Same as other reviewers, the bed is slightly too big for the room but no complaints about that once you actually get to sleep as it's really comfortable. Besides, we didn't spend that much time in the room as we were out and about.
The shower takes a bit too long to warm up which ends up wasting a lot of water - it would be good if it can be looked into. It's also time they replace the towels as they're quite old and thin.

Some mosquitos around the room, recommend you take one of those repellents you plug in the wall - we had no problem after that (it's really useful if you're travelling around Thailand anyway).

The breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pancakes, Thai dishes. They also cook your eggs to order - the scrambled eggs were particularly nice. The juice is sweetened and pretty horrible.

The pool area looks small but never anyone there so you can easily have the place to yourself.

Lastly, the airport shuttle us a luxury van with reclining leather seats - and it's free. The service has been impeccable.

What a lovely hotel. The ladies went out of their way to help in every way and were a treat to chat to when they weren't busy. The rooms were very clean. Hotel has a slight rustic feel however the rooms are fantastic my wife's jaw dropped when we entered ours.
