It's very clean, quiet and I feel safe. The staffs are really nice and friendly. I also love the decoration. I got a very new room and well-decorated. Feel like home indeed.

Although it doesn't provide much foods, it does not matter for me. I can order via Grab. Very convenient.

No 7-11 nearby, but it's OK. They have a small co-working space in front of the hostel. You can look and see if they have what you want or not or just use Grab to buy from a supermarket or just walk around if you have free time to wander.

Very worthwhile. Highly recommended.

The staff are always very helpful and lovely. They are always interested in how your travels are going and what activities you are doing which is a nice touch.
The room is really great and their bathrooms are extraordinarily cool. They have many facilities including washing and drying a large basket of clothes for you and a fully functioning kitchen. They have many spots to relax within the hostel and it's location means it is always calm while remaining a short walk from the city centre/old city.

Amazing place. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well laid out, and A/C is set to a reasonable level, i.e. no ice cold rooms, which is great.
The common rooms are spacious, with a big communal TV room and travel guides.
The bathrooms are enormous and the showers are very refreshing.
Breakfast was included for us, but not 100% sure of official policy.
We were surprisingly some of the only guests, so make sure to show some love and come here.
It really was the best possible place to come back to after a night out, or spend some time at in the morning or afternoon, whenever you have some spare time, in contrast to many other hostels in Thailand. All for a reasonable, competitive price.
No complaints.

We wanted a quiet clean hotel and got it. In this hotel you can relax very well and its at the same time not far from the center! The staff are very friendly and make a lot of effort in the preparation of the breakfast. We booked two days and then extended two days more. Thank you for all that coffee you are so lovely. :)

This is the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand, and we have been here for a month! The bed is the most comfortable, and the employees are the friendliest, most helpful we have seen. The location is great, close enough to walk to the old city but in its own local neighborhood with great local food. Stay here if you can!

If you ever come to Chiang Mai, this is the only place to stay! I had amazing 4 days in this place. Ning (the owner) and the stuff Frai, Daaw, Aes, and Shem (forgive me if I wrote the names wrong ????) are so welcoming and extremely helpful! They made me feel like I was at my own home. Breakfast is so delicious and I am missing Frai’s amazing cookies and cakes. Bed was so comfy, area is pretty quite, and my room view was so nice. There are common areas both inside (TV room and balcony) and outside (chairs to sit, floor and net to relax-nice instagrammable places), which will make you very comfortable. You can get free water, tea, and coffee from the kitchen. And also they helped me a lot to book my tours and transportation. Old city is just 12-15 min walking distance. They also have a quite large coworking space, which is perfect for digital nomads like me. I enjoyed to work in a silent and peaceful atmosphere with the garden view. If I come to Chiang Mai in the future, I would definitely stay in this place again! Thank you so much for making my Chiang Mai trip very pleasurable! ????

I stayed here during Loy Krathong, and I really loved it! They had a free class to make the floating flowers and to release to the river at night. The hostel is brand new and all the amenities are top notch, it almost feels like a hotel to me. The staff were beyond amazing(Hi Momay and everyone!) and I would definitely go back here again. Really recommend this place!
