I stayed here for over 2 weeks in September. The hotel just works! Situated on a quiet, clean street away from the main drag- there was a serenity during my stay that was quite, humbling. The staff was AWESOME! Everyone made me feel welcome u0026 and at ease. The rooms were clean u0026 spacious (nothing fancy), with decent size bathrooms, balconies, pool, and fitness center- which help's you stay active, if that's your thing. The hotel also offered a very nice breakfast as well as a cute coffee shop/restaurant that's adjacent to the hotel (privately owned). As previous reviews mentioned, a 15 min walk across a cute drawbridge and canal- will lead you to the old town u0026 night bazaar. I can't wait to return! I fell in love with Chiang Mai.. and the relaxing vibe of the Sakorn Residence was 50% of the reason why!????

I booked a 1 bedroom for my friends visitimg CM for 1 month. They love the quiet location close to the Ping river and enjoy the gym and pool.

Great place at a great price! We were here during Songkran and were the only guests there in part due to tourists not yet returning due to Thailand recent relaxation of covid requirements. Very quite and yet convenient location just opposite the city near the river. However a very convenient and beautiful walk into the city to see the sites.

Functional, clean, friendly and well managed but without much charm in an otherwise very charming location. Good value. A little more thought to aesthetics in rooms and public areas could elevate this place to 4 ???? plus. Highly recommended if you are on a budget but don't want to slum it. Even better for long stays. For a few euros or dollars you could tart up your room nicely from the Warrarot market a short walk over the river Ping.

A nice, clean place to stay in Chiang Mai. Further away from the old city but nice and quiet. Staff are very helpful, even offering to use their Grab app to hail us a taxi as we hadn't had time to get a sim card yet. Breakfast was plentiful and a nice little pool to cool off from the afternoon sun as well.

Everything at this hotel was perfect until the last night we stayed. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is baked freshly on request and all staff are vey friendly. The breakfast is humble but ample to get you down the road. We had eggs and toast the following day which was good.

We loved the location, it was an easy 15 min walk to the night bazaar and a whole host of restaurants. The hotel isn't flash but that doesn't mean its bad. Plates, cutlery and equipment for eating in the rooms is extremely limited. Waterlkettle but no free coffee/thee.
