The Gallery is an institution in Chiang Mai. I went back just recently. Haven't been there for ten years. But the food was similar to then. Khao Soi great, lamb samosa fantastic and the kids loved the fish and chips. The Gallery used to be an upscale restaurant to where you would bring guest in Chiang Mai. The location by the river is amazing and the old chinese merchant house is beautiful. They clearly struggle now during the pandemic. Hardly any staff or clients. But I still very much enjoyed it and hope they can return to glory days again.

Food and drinks were good but took ages to come out. We were the only ones there. Great location by the river. Not wheelchair accessible. We left to find the restaurant and bar next door far busier.

A very strange experience…served a green curry that they insisted was panang , the crab fried rice was mostly rice but the satay sauce with our appetiser was delicious. The restaurant was empty and no service staff in evidence until we attracted a lone person in the kitchen. A lone waitress brought our food and returned five minutes later with plates and cutlery. Presumably a quiet night.

Great location and ambiance. Food was amazing and good prices. A little quiet since Covid but so is everything! Love supporting this spot.

Great fancy artsi place very chic, the restaurant is an old school Thai style food and decide with amazing river front sitting, one of the best places for Thai food in Chiang Mai..

Underrated! Great private dining place with good and attentive staff. This place is away from the main street by the riverside. Very generous servings and really good food.
