2 Clueless Travel - a week ago

I don’t really review but this place was excellent at my first stay before covid but this time i had to give 2 stars because it was bad.
1. Upon checkin as i walked in, the receptionist are just stares at me until I say “check in” and then they’re starting to talk to me. The only staff that seem to be friendly and nice was the guy at front looking after your car.

2. While staff is showing me the room, this is for me as personally as I don’t like the staff walking in the room with their shoes on and the staff walked in with their shoes on.

3. Sofas at the balcony river view was old and dusty. I can tell as I was sleeping on it. For river view, you can’t see much because a massive tree is in the way. No trims to make it tidy.

4. No hot water! I had to shower in a cold water because I was too tired from travelling 10 hours from bangkok. Therefore I just can’t be bother to ask for a new room or get the staff to come to have a look. I just wanted to go to bed. Also the towels was old.

Luckily the bed was very comfortable, so I had a good night sleep.

The photos advertised are way too better than the real property itself. The hotel is tired without proper maintenance. Unfriendly staff. Standard room is too noisy to sleep as the room is right next to the vibrant street. Breakfast is made of quality ingredients. The restaurant here is the only good thing I like. I recommend the restaurant but would not recommend staying here as it's not worth the money.

Loved the place!! Got an upgrade to the suite and was blown away by the beauty of the bathroom with this high ceiling window that takes in all the natural light! The bed was comfy. Despite being located in a very busy road and our room is right in front of it we did not get any disturbing noises and slept just fine. The bed was so comfy and its also located very near to the famous restaurant the Good View and Woo Cafe. The rooftop pool however was a little disappointing and run down though..

The staffs are polite and friendly. The room is quite spacious. We really enjoy spending our evening on the balcony. The breakfast is good though I would prefer to have more choices of food.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was very nice and helping. It’s close to the city center without all the noise and people. Our suite was amazing. A claw foot tub and tons of space and natural light. We enjoyed the food and the drinks as well as the lovely riverfront seating areas. There are adorable shops and tea and coffee shops nearby!! There are a couple bars nearby that were recommend and looked very lively but we never had the energy to check it out. We enjoyed a very reasonably priced couples massage right in our room even with short notice. The parking attendant in the front was very helpful to helps us get transportation so transfer pickups here were very easy. They have several small touches in the rooms that are adorable and you can purchase them if you want which makes souvenir shopping very easy!

Very nice small hotel. Good rooms, nice restaurant, staff good and attentive without out being pushy. Only disappointment was the roof top pool which appeared to be under renovation. It was my birthday the first night I stayed. Went out for dinner and upon arrival back to the room a member of staff appeared with a large piece of delicious cheesecake with a chocolate decoration saying Happy Birthday. It was a very nice touch and much appreciated.

The decoration of the room was really nice and fancy. Service was professional and got progressively friendly as the staff got more familiar. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant breakfast every morning is delicious and it comes with a daily fresh glass of fruit juice. The location is great. The hotel is located ***** the river Ping, which suited us well as we didn't want to be in the more congested city centre.
