Good basic room, clean and spacious. Had a kettle but no coffee/tea. Just right for an overnight stay

Great place to stay. Professionally run with excellent staff who ensure Covid rules are followed without being overbearing. Hotel is well sited for various city attractions with adequate car parking. Breakfast wholesome and plentiful at B150 pp a good buy. Can recommend. Pics of Royal park.

Nice hotel. There is a night market in the front of hotel. The room was clean. All hotel staff are polite. Also breakfast was good taste and good rate. We fully satisfied to stay here.

It is very near to the Airport. Most of the hotel staff speak fairly well English. Food are very good here

My stay was super comfortable.
Well worth the money, superb location
The team at the front desk (especially the night shift) [I forget the names of everyone but Khun Max and team] are soo helpful and understanding.
They ensure you get what you want (from good food to tours)
Keep up the good work, i'll be back soon ;)

A very poor managed hotel. I checked in on 9th November, 2021. Location is poor in an alley. No parking facilities provided by the hotel. Towel is very old and poor conditions. Floor towel in 2 stars-hotel is still better. No amenities in the room, has to request from front which is very inconvenience. No bottled-water in the room, has to get from filtered-tab.
This is my first staying with Kototel and will be the last time.
I will definitely not recommend Kokotel brand to others.
