Disappointed, charged extra when booking for our kids to stay (completely normal), get to the hotel and they want an extra $20/night for a fold out trundle bed.

When questioning this the extra child cost when we booked originally is "for a towel and pillow" but does not cover an extra fold out bed, completely crazy! I've spent more than 300 nights total at this hotel and this is absolute nonsense, very poor service, very disappointed

Your reply is nonsense lip service, if you genuinely cared you'd refund the ridiculous additional charges.

I stayed in the apartment area. There is a small kitchen inside the room together with two pots, a microwave, and a set of plates and forks and knives. The breakfast is superb and one c n choose from Thai, Western, or Japanese breakfast. The hotel is located right at the tremdy Nimmam area and is close to everything.

There are a number of large hotels located in popular and convenient locations. And there are rooms to choose from in various sizes with appliances like living in a condominium. Room rates vary according to room size and breakfast is varied and of good quality.

This is the place where you always feel as coming home. Any Kantary in Thailand guarantees the same quality and same great level of service. The price is nothing compared to what you get. Always happy to be back here.

This is the 2nd time staying here. The 1st was before Covid. Kantary never make me disappiont. Even not many customers but service is still super impressive as well as breakfast. You will never see empty food trays, its always warm and ofilled up to make sure that it's there for customer even they come down almost ten. Room is big and utilitarian as there is the pantry/small kitchen. There are also pool, suana and gym. Location is great as you can walk to Nimman road. Staff is duper helpful, friendly and courteous! Overall I love this hotel and really recommend for price and what you will have from here. I will surely come back.

Hotel is great but beds are Abit hard. Nice balcony and bathtub. Food from room service at night took 45 minutes or so to arrive and had to call twice for them to clear plates but to nothing happened till the following morning. It is good as an ASQ Hotel. Breakfast buffet was good too. Must get the bacons and eggs and pork ribs and pancakes.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay on test-and-go package with kantary hill chiangmai. Received great hospitality with counter staff name View. She help us do the check in and walk through and allow us to change room to the main wing after the first night. Not forgetting the uncle as bell boy, so helpful to help us carry our luggage even we can manage ourself. PCR is done in hotel by mobile car, need not go to the hospital. The rest of the hotel staff are so helpful. Super king size bed and comfy comforter, big studio room. However the rest of furniture are old. No shaving kit provided and toothbrush will only give upon request, no hassle abt it. Breakfast are standard international style. The location is close to the famous warm up club in chiangmai by walking.
