The room is huge. Separate bedroom from dining/pantry room with electric stove and microwave oven and electric hot water kettle. Some plates and utensils and glasses as well, so you can cook here. Locate on Nimman street in the middle of all attractions on this street. Not far from Chiangmai University. Not far from Ton Payom fresh market which has food available all the time (24 hrs. !!!)

The room has comfortable walking space within the room. The room we stayed in was huge, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining room: bigger than apartments we've lived in. Rooms are so much cleaner. All of the hotel employees were the friendliest we've encountered. Environment is very nice and comfortable.

A very nice hotel. We had a nice suite, with two rooms. The air was good, a TV in each room, and good internet. There was a kitchen that we didn't use as there is so much good food a minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was at the Dude cafe, which was fine although limited to three selections. Overall we had a nice stay and I would come back.

The hotel room was like a service/studio apartment which comes with a bedroom, attached kitchen and bathroom. The small bathroom came with bathtub as well. Our room on fifth floor was spacious with windows overseeing Nimman. Location is strategic with walking distance to many trendy cafes and shops. Some furniture can be slightly aged but not a big deal judging from the price itself.

Would definitely recommend. We paid about £30 pound a night for the room which wasn't really a room it was more of a big apartment. The massage on the ground floor was relaxing. The ladies at the front desk were always very accomodating. The staff were great with the kids.

The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate requests. Very nice staff especially if you try a bit of Thai. Highly recommended if you want convenience in location and room to move around in your room and are not hung up on the latest decorator schemes. Great to go but you have to be over 18 to enter.

Great service from the reception desk and the porter dashed out to help us with our luggage. The location was the best of all. I love the Nim***haemin area close to Maya shopping mall a great retailing space with my favourite Fuji and a cinema. The hotel is well placed for access to the airport and the walled city of Chiang Mai.
