I love this place!!! Such a hipster cafe :) great bingsu like the mango one with sticky rice and the watermelon one. The drinks are awesome too. We had the milk with honey and Thai tea frappe. Prices are a little steep for Chiang Mai standards but worth!!! It's also open 24 hours which is awesome. Wifi available if you spend over 50 baht which is easy and lasts for 4 hours :)

The location will suit many and the great abundance of space is a plus.

Two areas need improvement.

1. It is too cold inside.

The air conditioning needs to be adjusted so that it does not become too cold indoors. This can be done automatically by a temperature sensor that can monitor and maintain a constant temperature. Alternatively, you can have the (not busy) staff adjust it throughout the day.

2. The staff should be aware of and attend to the trash left on tables from previous customers. There was trash and various liquids on most of the tables when I visited. This was whole three employees sat behind the counter chatting and playing with their phones.

Take your work and business seriously - you can do better than this.

Great 24 hour option. Was particularly impressed by the 3rd floor seating. Great for co-working; lots of outlets and decent wifi.

It's a 3 story cafe with co-working space available until 3 am. The top floor is for businesses and study class. You can seat anywhere on remaining floors. It's quite and good environment for study or work. The coffee isn't great for the 69 bath. To get internet access you have buy anything more than 50 THB. There is only one toilet at the ground floor. It's good place for study, work or meetings!

Nice place overall but the staff need to come up to the 3rd floor more often to clean up mess. I was there for 4 hours and the mess has been sitting there for my entire stay. The staff was simply chilling in the 1st floor doing nothing. I am not coming back

The only good thing going for this place is that it’s open 24 hours so if you’re desperate to get some work done then this should be your last resort. I’m just glad I noticed the 50% discount code when you sign up to the app, I’ve claimed that and now deleted the app as I won’t be back again. WiFi was pretty dismal and the tables that have power points have the table leg right in the middle of the power socket rendering one of them useless! The place is like a refrigerator so bring a jumper. #BeatTheGrind

Cappuccino ok, can do better.. And Italian soda. Staff ok, place average and price over the average. I can't understand why this brand is so famous
