This small coffee house is off the beaten path and is in a nice zen setting, koi pond and nice lounge area. The lady serving is so nice. The amazing thing is the coffee, the best iced coffee I have had in Chang Mai. I’ll try the hot in the morning. If you are near definitely stop by, it’s quiet and tranquil.

Stumbled upon this cute, cozy spot walking down a little residential street in the old city.
Lovely garden setting for a snack or drink, with a swinging chair, trickling water feature, and birds chirping.

Great prices on drinks and homemade cookies, would absolutely recommend!

We didn't stay or eat here but we left our backpacks here! They have a baggage deposit on top of their main business. The old couple is kind and speak some English, but the lady is Chinese so it's easier to communicate with her in Mandarin!

They were lovely and accommodating and allowed us to leave our backpacks with them (for ~THB30, I think) for a few hours in the afternoon while we explored the Old City.

Very nice family run place with a garden like setting. Very friendly. A large Chang was only 70 Baht. They have free wifi. They also do coffee which I will have to try sometime. I was attacked by mosquitos at dusk so ask them nicely to turn the fan on. They also have mosquito repellant for you to use. I'll be back
