Let me start with saying we are not guests, just stopped in for lunch. Pros: free wifi and an incredibly sweet host. Cons: the Pad Thai was a little sweet for my taste and friend rice was a bit bland. Possibly catering to more western taste palettes. I would try again solely for the kind staff and try different meals. Lovely experience overall!

We do not recommend at all!!
Horrible experience for the 1 day Doi Inthanon we booked with them.
The van was very bad and small, not comfortable. They were very late to pick us up at the hotel and so we didn’t have much time in the national park. The guide was very rude and in a bad mood. Try to find other travel agency, it is a long drive and not worth it
Seems affordable at first, as they give you big discounts, but our holiday' memories doesn't worth so few thai bahts!

The dishonest agency makes money on the backs of travelers selling them wind. The proposed tours boil down to a shopping tour where only the trade matters. The sites are overflown in one hour and the rest of the day is reserved for expenses.

Avoid this tourist trap if you want to keep a good memory of your stay in Chiang Mai.

Terrible tour!!! It was a scam
WORST experience ever!!!

Tours are cheap, but we understand now why!
We have booked a trekking with elephant for the first day, then a 1 day visit Chiang Rai. None of transportation has been on time, and no one to pickup the phone in the morning of course. After 1h late, we have been finally pickup. Pickup car was like animal transport. very dirty and smell like animal's urine.

Tour guide during the trekking speaked very little English, and was very rude. At one point he left us in the jungle and rushed ahead. He stank of alcohol and old sweat. He kept rushing us until the end, he was more occupied with other group waiting for him after he was done with us.
Also we were witness to animal cruelty at their elephant camp. Absolutely do not go there, avoid this company.

The staff was wonderful, you will really feel like home and the staff will always be friendly, happy and helpful. We went there for a few days before roadtripping to Pai on the rental motorbike. After Pai we wanted to go to Kosamui so we had to come back to Chiang Mai for one more night before leaving in the early morning. We immediately chose to stay with them. They even helped us with a problem we had because of the scheduling at that time. We needed to return the motorbikes that we had rent, but the evening we arrived the shop was already closed. We saw on the internet that the shop wouldn't be open early enough for us to make our flight. So the owner offered to return the bikes and send us the deposit later. This put our minds at ease and they helped us perfectly. The essence of the story is that the staff will go above and beyond for their guests. Wonderful.

Really nice place, the staff is friendly, smiling and lovely. Cheap food and cheap drinks.
60 bath per kilo for the laundry.
We just went to the ???? restaurant. Food was decent for the price.
There is a wall where you can write whatever you want.

Was not staying here, so I can't say about the rooms, but the food is great. The best Cashew chicken I ever ate. And the lady running it is a very kind and fun person.
