Have just arrived so will post a fuller review in a day or so. We like the room and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The bed is very good and the facilities are good. There is a good sized fridge, a microwave, jug and mugs.
So I am pretty happy so far.
Being close to the airport there is a bit of plane not, but not enough to drive you mad.
And the internet is free and quite fast.
So all is good so far.

Nice hotel near the west side of old City Chiang Mai. 3 min to main road where you grab the best turist transport ever - the red car and your in the heart of the city in notime meeting interesting people. This is the second time we're staying at this hotel and are loving it again. The city is also the best in Thailand!

Very cozy and lovely place. Quite at night, nice to sleep. Comfortable bed and clean room. Great service! Paid thb809 per night. Will definitely book again if I come back to Chiang Mai.

The best place. This is the very first place v stayed at during our thailand trip and it was worth staying there. The morning breakfast was yumm and the staffs are friendly and guide u if u need any help. They proactively ask you if any help needed.like the review if it was helpful.

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast (as for Thai standards). A bit outside of the city center but in very paceful and quiet location. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Clean apartments, yet fake polite staff that speak rudely about you in Thai thinking that I wouldn't understand. Nosey as well. Had to explain why my 9 yr old niece was visiting my room. Knocking on my door 9pm to "check the water". Go down the road to Baan39. Very clean and super friendly to tourist.

This Hotel is brand new and I'm sure that everyone is going to like it, but there's one main problem, it's not near to the iconic places like Temples, the "Night Market", the "Night Bazaar" or "Anusarn Market". In addition you won't enjoy walking around near the Hotel because there's nothing but poor roads, almost no light at night and pretty much nothing to visit. You still can use Uber or Grab to move everywhere, but if you stay near those iconic places (the right side of the town, after "Tha Phae Gate" and close to "Markets") you will save some money moving around and the overall experience will be a lot better. Another thing you should bare in mind is that the prices from Chiang Mai aren't too different from Bangkok, at least I was expecting better prices but I was wrong. I would say that this town worths a visit if you like culture and markets, but it's not too diferent from other cities.
