Stayed there for few nights. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff not willing to help at all or even smile, by miss understanding on their own, they open our room without knocking the door while we're still inside the room cause the receptionist says that we were outside of the room already! You need to have a better communication next time or at least knock the door first! The room was okay, the bed is comfy but the aircon was so noisy and not cooling at all plus the glass in the room smell really bad I think they didn't clean it that well. Probably not going back there again.

This hotel is great value. It’s in a good location in Chaweng, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There are thai boxing stadiums, nightlife venues, food nightmarkets, all within easy reach of this hotel, and the beach is a ten minute walk. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Nice big bed, good shower and the bigger rooms have balconies. Breakfast is good, and they have a very pretty pool with a bar outside. Motorbikes can be rented, and staff are helpful. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Party people hotel
We’re a couple of travelers that wanted to explore the island in peace , the hotel is located in the very busy area and it attracts mostly young adults looking to party.. so for people like us in our late 20s it was annoying!!!
The room itself was beautiful and clean with a great shower!
The staff were nice and the pool looked great but we didn’t used it (crowded)

Good hotel, good location, good swimming pool. The rooms are OK and could be improved but the overall experience is more than positive. It was my second time there.

Good facilities, well kept and comfortable rooms and the buffet breakfasts are good.

The location is neither here nor there as it is a short distance from the beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main activity on Chaweng Beach Road.

The configuration of the hotel is at best strange and at worst confusing. Hope that you don't get a room on the 5th floor and the first building as you will be climbing a flight of stairs and walking a fair distance to your room.

The hotel with the funniest staff I've been to. The service is perfect and the rooms are good. We had a little trouble with the air condition, but since the staff was so helpful they fixed all our problems. The pool and poolbar is nice. Definitely a hotel I want to stay at again.

Good location - close to the markets and Chaweng Beach. Most of the sightseeing points are equidistant and you'll have a hard timing choosing between the myriad of restaurants! The breakfast is simply fantastic and has a good filling spread! The rooms are spacious and well lit!
