The hotel is in a decent location 5-10 minutes walk from Chaweng beach but not on the main strip of bars and restaurants so quiet as a result. The pool was nice and there is bike hire available for 180baht at the place over the road. The room itself was also a very good size and with a decent balcony and the bed was big and comfortable. However, it was advertised as having a gym but there either isn't one or its closed at the moment - staff at the front desk couldn't offer much of an explanation. The shower was very temperamental with either no hot water at all or it being too hot to use, and the aircon was very noisy even on the lowest setting. The cleaners also only cleaned our room once every few days despite us asking them when they were in the corridoor sorting other rooms out - again not really sure why, they did still give us fresh water though.

Pleasant! Stay was good, no complaints about the room or the pool facilities. Sadly there wasn’t a gym as pictured, presumably due to covid, but it should be taken off the booking platforms in that case.

3/5 due to the reception staff. The cleaning staff were super lovely, offering to change towels after the pool, and always topping up our drinking water. However, this didn’t stretch to front desk staff. When we arrived there was no one at the “24 hour” reception, even thought it was about 6.30pm. When we called the number someone eventually came, couldn’t even be bothered to greet us or say hello. No pleasantries whatsoever, starting off our stay on a really sour note. This continued throughout our stay, with not so much as a hello when passing through. Customer service needs some work!

We had a nice stay here, the room was pretty basic but clean and good value for money. The pool is very big with seats in it at one end but wasn’t the cleanest. The walls of the pool were covered in a green film.

if you are on the island there are millions of better options than this. they are scammers. The hotel is dirty, it has cockroaches everywhere, it smells bad, it makes you want to vomit, I saw rats running around the hotel. a nightmare never go here they are scammers

Am staying here for 5 weeks the rooms are very big and clean but plain if you like green paint, sheets changed every 3 nights 3 bottles of water free every day in tall fridge or Mini fridge.
They have no safety deposit boxes as such just lockers in the foyey but you have to provide your own lock with key. I used the one from my suit case, the reception is manned 24 hours a day so its safe.
They have a very large pool which is very clean and plenty of sun beds. No noise from traffic in the room I was in.
The only downside is they do not serve food at all you have to leave the pool to go and buy from a Tesco Lotus or a 7Eleven store which is about 10/15 minute walk away.
You can buy drinks from a fridge in reception.

Don't stay here! Staff on the main desk are unbelievably rude, we booked and when we arrived the lady on the desk wanted me to open the passport to the photo page she was too lazy to do it herself! she demanded we pay up front but we'd had a long jourey so hadn't even been to the cash point. We left to go and get the money and decided to go for lunch and on the way back we got attacked by 2 dogs as the hotel is on a pretty rubbish back road, we decided we'd find a new hotel on the main street and the lady then demanded we pay for 1 night. After arguing with her that we weren't going to pay cash we're pretty sure she's tried to charge the credit card for the whole stay. Avoid this place there's so many nicer cheaper places on the main road!

Very Nice Hotel . Nice staff. Rooms where good to. Not to far from the centre and beach Also close to a good laundry "rachajinda laundry" I think. they actually cleaned my clothes. And didn't loose any. ..
