Its run by the nicest family you could hope to meet, always ready to give good advice about local food, shopping or scenery. Really good rooms for a really affordable price. Clean, tidy and with an AC.

The quality you get for this cheap price (540 for a big and clean room with own shower and 2 single beds) is outstanding. I have been asking around a bit but no other hostel or hotel could beat this price. Furthermore the price itself includes a breakfast for both of you. Fresh orange juice with coffee or tea and a plate of fruits. Additionally you get 2 eggs your way and 2 toasts with butter and jelly. If u don't like toast and eggs you can also have some cereals with yogurt. The staff is very friendly and always tried their best to satisfy our desires. They also offer laundry service for 50 baht/kg without ironing or 60 baht/kg with ironing which is really convenient. It's usually ready to pick up the next morning. If I will ever come back to samui I will stay here again.

Stayed 7 nights there. The services absolutely are the best in the region. The people in the hotel were very helpful and polite. The amenities in the room are perfect. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. We did not have a resrvation and they were very accommodating and friendly.

Reasonable for the price. Good size rooms, en-suite, international TV, AC, average breakfast, well located for some great restaurants, a small outdoor market, ample bars, massages and includes free parking. 10-15 min (taxi) drive from airport and two main piers. Low water pressure for showers and poor replenishment of toilet paper are the only negatives after a four night stay.

We rented their scooters, used the laundry service and everything seemed good but how little did I know. Would recommend for backpackers or those wanting somewhere good on a budget. I took the photo and the video and than I googled and found out that these are bed bugs.

Very unfriendly staff. No answers to questions were given, maybe because they didn't understand a single word in English. It often seemed as they were laughing about us. Rooms weren't quite as expected (we changed the room, because the first one was a mess), very old and sometimes not very clean. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is really close to Chaweng Beach but it's not noisy at all. Motorbikes were available for 180 baht which is a fair price.

500 baht for a clean room with AC and hot water. Very very quiet! The area feels like a city - not really my vibe. There is a really great cooking school down the block that you can take classes in and a great massage place on the corner.
