Extremely beautiful hotel for the price I paid (30 euros).
I can only recommend. The breakfast is really good too!
Be careful, they are very picky for the check out. The cup of coffee was missing in my room because I left it around the swimming pool during the afternoon, so the staff could clean it. and I almost paid for it, fortunately no one washed it so it was still at the same place and I could give it back. But yeah, I almost paid for something they already had.
Just make sure everything is in place in the room, even the towels do not let them around the swimming pool if you leave.

Above average rooms. Very comfortable softer style bed. 2 excellent pools. Close to the beach. Great for couples or families with kids. Neighborhood very quiet. Not a CB place for big party goers.

We had our lunch there and the hotel was really empty and at the same time the team was there to help in a friendly u0026 attentive way.
We hope that more tourists come again to this pretty place as the hotel looked good in shape, clean and everything was working fine.
The price for our lunch was okay and the decoration was interesting u0026 creative - we liked that. :-)

Rooms were ok and clean but honestly experience within this hotel was so far from their website pictures sadly. Facilities like the pool are not clean (for sure not clean regularly, sands at the bottom, broken pieces...), pieces around the shower pool are broken which is not clear but even dangerous with kids. The breakfast experience was terrible too. Never left an hotel before the end of any stay whether it was for leisure or business, this has been a first. Will now fill a complaint to the OTA where we booked our stay because it was so far from what we experienced during our (short) stay in this hotel.

I dont know where to start, the place is amazing, food Is good, rooms are clean, pools are great, koh ma is wonderful, snorkeling is the best in koh phangan.
Motorbike rental "pim" is right in front, so is the massage center, both cheap, honest and reliable. The place is one of the most quiet on the island, and please, enjoy the sunset

Beach is about 50m away
Shuttle from and to the pier is 200 Bhat per person (it’s cheaper if you take a scooter and go there by yourself)

Cons:
- wifi didn’t work in the room (tried to fix it with the staff multiple times - no chance)
- you can smell the sewer after returning to the room
- poor water pressure and getting a comfortable temperature takes a while
- Cockroach in the room (first time in our 70 days SEA journey)
- reception was not able to give us second card for the room

Pro:
- good breakfast buffet
- two big pools

My husband and I were looking for a nice beach hotel with a pool and a gym in Koh-Phangan. we loved this place so much we decided to book for a month. First of all, the location is superb, right on Maehaad beach which has SUPERB snorkeling! just amazing, from my point of view way better than Surin island. they have a really good restaurant with cheap prices, Very good WIFI (depending on which room you stay in), a huge pool and another small one, a nice gym and super friendly staff. standard rooms are new and the ones on the ground floor are sealed from bugs invasion haha... I'm freaked by bugs so this was a true find for me. and the standard rooms and deluxe are all adjacent to each other and both are really close to the beach- like 1-minute walking so I have no idea why people complained about this.
