Resort located in a charming place on the island, the rooms are spacious and clean suitable for those looking for quiet. There is a large pool overlooking the sea. There are no breakfasts in this place there is a medium class restaurant with low class dishes. On the beach there are no chairs that can be sat as part of the hotel service even though it sits on the beach and that is a real shame. The hotel is beautiful and pastoral location but does not provide services that other lower level hotels have given us on the island.

We stayed at the Villa by the beach. View is stunning. You can see a sunset right out of the room. The room is not new but under great condition and very clean. The maid will clean your room everyday. It is pretty private except there are tourist coming by to enjoy the beach but it is not very noisy at all. The beach itself has lots of rock under so make sure you wear shoes if you don't want to get cut by the rock.

The place is just beautiful! Sunsets on the balcony, great atmosphere and very spacious rooms! We loved our stay there!

The only things could be better is- bring more workers to the restaurant and make the service there better, as there are'ntmany places to eat in the area...
And the pool- salty water so it was super hot in the pool and slippery...

Other than that- just amazing!

Beautiful place, pool good, rooms are nice and beach stunning, but beds over soft and terrible sleep (I change room one time, same beds) Staff friendly but not Thai people so Thai atmosphere missing. And when arrive hotel, staff not help with our packages and only pointing where need walk. This place need get new manager for keeping place service up. 200m have guest house where good beds if someone find good sleep.

My experience was similar to many others. The hotel is in a great location, wonderful pool u0026’my room was great. But, there is something amiss with the management u0026 service. It feels like the resort is understaffed, staff haven’t been trained u0026 nobody really cares for the overall service provided. It actually feels like there is nobody in charge. Shame, this really could be an amazing hotel, but it isn’t.

Unfortunately four stars is being generous. We stayed for a little under a week in a beach front villa.

Getting there: As reaching Koh Phangan requires a ferry, you can either pay high prices on arrival for taxi transfer, or pre-arrange with the hotel. In either case, there is no ride-share on the island so you will pay above average prices. We decided to pre-arrange with this "resort", however, and there was confusion which may have stemmed from language barriers. It is also off the beaten path, so if you are renting a car, be careful with your tires.

The room: As mentioned, we stayed in a beachfront villa, second floor (there are only two floors). The room was spacious, with a balcony that faces the ocean. Keep in mind the upper floor bathrooms is open air. However, the room was very clearly dusty and I had to wipe all the surfaces I was going to use. The walls are thin and screaming children on the beach will be a constant companion.

The service: I didn't interact with the staff too often. The only strange thing I encountered was that there is supposed to be a breakfast buffet, but when I arrived, they said they didn't have enough guests to warrant that set up, so I was redirected to their beach Cafe where I could order a simple breakfast.

The beach: The tide is low in the mornings, so you can't go for morning swims, but it is a relatively private beach.

All in all, I wouldn't call this a resort, by any stretch. It's nice, that's about it.

The rooms are nice but the service is strange. You can feel that the workers are not happy somehow. The food is bad :/ and there are not many options around, that's why I didn't like it so much. Would recommend traveling to kho ma Beach to see the beautiful island but not necessarily staying in the resort.
