Second best hotel on our trip. As all others before totally empty. 6 rooms with guests in total.
Corona is a nightmare for the people in Thailand.
Nice location directly at the beach. Largest pool area I have ever seen. Very friendly and clean (considering Corona circumstances).

Disappointed on this 5stars hotel
We wish for relaxing comfortable family vacation but everything is opposite from what we have planned
Fault advertisements
No amenities like advertised
No babysitting, supervised childcare, game room, playground, spa, bar, beach bar, poolside bar, only 1 restaurant at limited hours, limited hours room service, limited hours housekeeping, 24/7 front desk, gift shop, library, concierge service, dry cleaning , laundry facilities, bbq grills, beach loungers, beach chairs umbrellas
Horrible horrible experience
We have tried to talk to the manager on duty at the property but she is super RUDE
She doesn’t have any hospitality skill at all
Water in our room is dirty brown
Internet, electricity is on and off

The worst part is it always have a big Asian water monitor (large varanid lizard) swim in the pool, So scary and unsafe for us and the kids
Overall is horrible bad experience ever
Stay away from this hotel Lanta chada hotel

What an amazing resort. Had surprisingly good food for breakfast. Absolutely stunning pools wrapped the great rooms. However, their internet connection was atrocious. The internet would go on and off and there was only one person working who kept saying they would have someone look at it. We're going on our 4th night and still I'm not able to do a meeting online because my connection keeps dropping. I'm even tethering off of my phone to write this review.

Hotel stricyly follow the policy. Every single extra person they will charge even small kids

Very relaxed place, at the moment, not many tourists... It's time to go to Koh Lanta ????

Our room was situated in the corner which gave us extra privacy which was quite enjoyable. G half day tour to Mu National Park at a fine price or tour to the ***grove. We only had a couple of meals here as there were so ***y choices of restaurants to visit.

We were greeted with smiles all round at the entrance to the resort, and then again at the reception. Lots of options to cover all tastes and can choose to eat in bigger area where lots of families with kids were or more quieter area near the top pool, which my partner and I preferred. Very easy to get a tuc-tuc if you want to vistit Saladan.
