If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Very new with a modern vibe. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Pool is perfect and never over crowded due to the size of the hotel. It's a more intimate and secluded stay

Very nice hotel with modern and clean rooms, great location, pretty close both to the beach and a 7-Eleven; decent breakfast; overall great value for money

Adults/ Couple.. don't come here during weekend cause there will be kids taking over the pool and super noisy since 7am (not to mention pool open at 8 and the hotel policy not allow more than 2 kids per room but reality is 4-5kids with parents in one room).. hotel staff was unable to take any action. Room was clean and new however your room will be facing the other rooms on the other side of the pool. Personally, i will give maximum of 500 per night with all the risk of going through the mentioned above hassles and ability to handle issues of the staff. Never want to be back.

Great minimalist room design. Rooms are super clean and quiet (no kids when we stayed there). The pool is really beautiful and whilst breakfast is decent, the juices could be better. The only flaw in the room I found was the lack of the light switch by the bedside. Staff friendly although their English could be better. Overall a great place to stay In Koh Lanta. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Perfect clean bright and new concept lodging if you are interested in starting your trip or ending your journey before you leave the island - the rooms are simple yet attractive looking. The bed is super hard so if you are use to softer mattress be prepared for the change of comfort. The interesting thing is that there is detailed information list of what you will be charged for if items go missing.... that even includes the wall mounted bottle opener.

Breakfast option, save your money and buy your meal next door at one of the local restaurants for less than what your upcharge is in the room price - the selection and quality at the resort we would rate at 2*

Beware not book directly with the resort NO refunds nor can you cancel your reservation once you have prepaid your lodging - this was the strangest and weird part. If you book through the various booking websites you have that option but not with the hotel. To make it even more interesting the "management" has zero interest to speak with you - more like oh well too bad - the exact words "no refund" and walked away from us. This lowered our rating to 1* on customer service but the hotel itself would be 4* for the lodging and lower on the food and customer follow up service
