Hotel is renovating many areas and making improvements. Staff have been great and more than accommodating. Some services are minimal due to being off season

Very friendly staff. I understand they are doing some updating to the beach cabins. We stayed during low season...in August 2018, quiet, but our cabin was pretty close to the beach. Lots of wind during this time so be prepared to have the Ocean obscured by large green windbreaking canvases. Our cabin,
C01 was a great location but it was definitely dated. Several families were there at the time we were. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Great place for family. Ask for one of the updated cabin as near the beach as possible. Should be a fun place during high season.

Absolutely perfect for families. Food was lovely, our bungalow was maybe 200m from the beach, close to other bars and restaurants, two pools. Room was very comfortable for the 4 of us.

Close to the beach and has pools. Pools are clean and so is the beach. Some crabs but mostly harmless. Only gripe is that to get to the main road takes some time of walking but not really a big issue. Food is good. The staff are kind and helpful. Overall, really good experience. Looking forward to staying longer.

The facilities are dated and the resort is isolated. But aside from that, it's on the beach and bungalows are in a green area (no ocean view).

Breakfast was just ok, chairs are very hard. No hot water in bathroom sinks. Pools were ok, and steps from the beach.

The place photographs nicer than it is.

We are the first time traveling in Thailand and this is our first stay at Koh Lanta. Arriving at this hotel we were really exciting having the pictures seen in the hotels presentation! BUT... 1. Booked 1 double bed but there was no one available anymore. So we had to take a room with 2 single bed. 2. „Bungalow“ was full of mosquitos and moldy. 3. Everywhere in the room were signs from the customers before. 4. Last but not least we met after having dinner outside of the hotel...4 cockroaches in our bungalow. 5. The offered alternative was a so called Superior Room - the toilet water made a small pool out of the whole bathroom and again...what a surprise...cockroaches. 6. We slept their one night as it took all very long and we were tired from traveling to Koh Lanta. 7. Next Morning requested a new alternative w/o any luck. 8. Yes we checked out and of course they refund our money! Never again! This resort (or better the elder bungalows and rooms) must be renovated. Found much better location!

Great place. Staff are very friendly and help full. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Foid is very good. Great beach, noboby on it. Nothing bad about this place
